Our Guarantee & After-Sales Support

While we cannot guarantee perfection in every case, we always strive to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner. If there is a problem with your order, we want your after-sales experience to be as simple and worry-free as possible.

  • Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order if you believe there is a quality issue, incorrect item, or other problem with your purchase. We do not accept returns for products that are more than 30 days from the date they were received.
  • For returns caused by our error (for example, wrong item shipped or confirmed manufacturing defect), we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, and/or bearing reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
  • For returns due to personal reasons (such as change of mind, size preference, or style not as expected, where there is no confirmed quality issue), the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items should generally meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or damage caused by improper use.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging (if applicable) are included.
  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective (for example, intimate apparel or items explicitly marked as “Final Sale”). Please refer to the product page or contact us for details before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, you can apply for a return according to this policy and then place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellation

  • If your order has not yet entered production or shipment:
    You may request a cancellation and, once confirmed, we will issue a refund for the original amount paid.
  • If your order has been produced but not yet shipped:
    We will do our best to assist with cancellation. In many cases, you will receive a refund for the original amount paid once the cancellation is confirmed.
  • If your order has already shipped:
    You can still request a cancellation; in this case, the package will need to be returned to our warehouse first. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy. Please wait until you receive the parcel and contact our customer service team for detailed return instructions.

Disclaimers

Final Sale Period

All sales become final 30 days after the order is received. After this period, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless required by applicable law.

Return Processing Time

We aim to process returns within 3 business days of receiving them at our warehouse. During high-volume periods (especially holidays), processing may be delayed. Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

If Your Return Seems Delayed

Quality Inspection

The Huntey team conducts a basic quality inspection for all items before shipment. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
